Responsibilities:
PURPOSE FOR THIS ROLE:
This role will support the establishment of business processes and systems that will create a pipeline of potential investors and support the assessment of proposals that are being considered for funding. The diversified funding streams will allow the Primary Health Network to operate more flexibly and commission services in response to the population health data and community intelligence we collect.
This role will identify and collect information on potential philanthropists and develop a strong understanding of the philanthropic opportunities nationally and locally that align to the values and strategic priorities of COORDINARE.
This role will sit within the Strategic Partnerships and Innovation portfolio and will work collaboratively across the organisation to connect opportunities for innovation with strategic funding options. As well as coordinating philanthropic funding the post holder will manage grant seeking and application processes that could provide funding for selected models/services.
