Tabcorp is seeking an Innovation Lead to drive customer obsession and product innovation with passion and curiosity. Based within the Customer Group Business Unit, you’ll support the Head of Sport and Innovation, enhancing customer value and driving business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and align with strategic goals.

• Execute rapid innovation and experimentation and facilitate training in relevant methods.
• Support Product teams in executing innovation strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on innovation vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Ensure customer care, risk, and compliance are incorporated into innovation processes.
