Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Multifunctional and multi-market team working.

  • Win through execution, demonstrating a brilliant execution applying high standards on everything they do.

Top Accountabilities:

  • Analytic profile to generate insights and recommendations by data analysis.
  • Project Leader, with highly organized & able to prioritize to guarantee every day great execution in all Innovation Plans
  • Deliver Efficient and Breakthrough Marketing to become a valuable recruiting machine for the organization.
  • Holistic Performance management, ensuring all plans (Marketing and Sales) are implemented brilliantly, driving desired brand and sales results.
  • Pipeline planning in order to develop an 18 -24 month innovation strategy
  • Key partners Influence to keep its portfolio in the map into a growing organization.
  • From Local Exec to Global Teams… from Agencies to multifunctional team management (Supply, Finance, Innovation, Sales) and leader within core business units.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Marketing experience 7+ as Brand Manager and Innovation Roles.
  • Proficient Numerical Skills.
  • Consistent record on building valuable insights that unlock growth.
  • Rigorous project handling and required experience on P&L management.
  • Confirmed resilience and ability to build strong relationships quickly across functions.
  • Strong sense of Ownership and a Self-starter approach. Able to lead the conversations that the business requires navigating a clear path forward even at times of ambiguity.
