Tasks
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Innovation Strategist to join our interdisciplinary team. This role requires a blend of design thinking, strategic insight, and product management expertise to develop transformative solutions across diverse markets. If you have a knack for identifying and solving problems, facilitating impactful workshops, and validating solutions with rigorous testing methods, you are the right candidate. You will be part of our interdisciplinary team of venture architects, product specialists, marketing experts, and all kind of tech & AI developers.

USER EXPERIENCE & BUSINESS ALIGNMENT:

• Enhance user experience by understanding and designing for the entire user journey.
• It’s a plus if you can develop prototypes and validate concepts early in the design process for quick iteration.
• Collaborate with technologists and business stakeholders to understand and contribute to business and operating models.
• Focus on how we can align business value and user requirements to drive value-creating innovation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, business, psychology, strategy, marketing, or related fields. Relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• Experience: Proven track record in delivering real-world user experiences and tangible products. An portfolio showcasing diverse human-centered design projects.
• Language: Strong written and verbal communication in both German and English (we expect at least professional working proficiency in both languages).
• Skills: Expertise in ethnographic research (quantitative and qualitative), product prototyping, and testing. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Miro, Sketch, Figma.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in collaborative, cross-functional teamwork.
• Adaptability: A quick learner, open to new trends and methodologies in design and strategy.
