We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and ambition to join our world-class team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an Inside Sales Account Manager (m/f/d). As part of our Sales department, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on driving our business forward and achieving our sales goals.
The role of an Insides Sales Account Manager is a great opportunity for a newly graduated BSc/ MSc/ PhD within Biology, Biochemistry or similar fields who is ready to kick start a career in a global organization.
Location: Office based role in Darmstadt (prefareably), Madrid or Paisley

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • You graduated in a Life Science related field either very good bachelor’s degree or already passed your Master or PhD degree
  • Positive attitude with the desire to solve problems
  • Experience with sales is of advantange
  • You are an effective communicator with customers and your colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Meticulous and well-organized

Responsibilities:

  • Determine customer needs and provide flawless customer service to ensure satisfaction
  • Compete with determination to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
