Responsibilities:
- Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize our PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
- Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments for our sales agents
- Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments for our sales agents
- Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to our real estate sales agents
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Commit to skill development through education and script practice
- Become a real estate local expert
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Calls
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
