WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking an Inside Sales Engineer for the Controls business to join our team in Dubai. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Engineer will play a vital role in supporting our UAE customers.
You will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, providing solutions and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction and account retention. At this role, you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets.

HOW YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Field Operations, and technical services resources to develop proposals that accurately address customer needs, adhering to JCI’s standards and specifications.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing basic technical advice and information on new product introductions and modifications.
• Handle inquiries related to Controls systems, building and maintaining relationships with Wholesale Distributors, and coordinating new and repeat sales.
• Create proposals using CPQ/pricing tools and service selection tools.
• Review proposals prior to customer submission, ensuring they meet customer needs.
• Measure and enhance lead-to-proposal time.
• Review and approve Order Receipt.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-up and maintain accurate records in SFDC.
• Conduct weekly call blitzes and follow up on submitted proposals.
• Contact customers with outstanding or soon-to-expire proposals.
