Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in Express, Logistics and Supply Chain industry will be an added advantage
• Possess good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively within and outside the organization
• Good written and spoken English
• Highly motivated individual who are sales and results driven
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complains
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Position is open to entry level candidate

• Prospect, source opportunity through research, leads, prospective listing to grow new customer base and nurture existing customer relationships
• Deliver consistent high quality customer services by possessing customer focus
• attitude, with the ability to recommend appropriate solution and creating value
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer’s experience
• Increase customer base and revenue through awareness of local market trends and intelligence
• Complete and update daily reporting in a timely and accurate manner
