We were excited to announce the opening of our International showroom at Chelsea Harbor, London. The Studio features the best of Sutherland outdoor furniture and accessories along with Perennials high performance Fabrics, Rugs, and Outdoor Trims. Currently we are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join us at our new studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales in showroom by leveraging product knowledge and sales experience
  • Expand business opportunities with existing clients
  • Assist Territory Sales Director produce and consistently update target account list of clients and sales strategy for each account
  • Process and track all quotes, sales and daily oversight of pending orders and/or shipments
  • Main point of contact for all regional needs as it pertains to client issues, order/shipping status, payments and continuous follow-up

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design or Business preferred

  • 3-5 years Sales experience preferably in Luxury textiles, furniture or Accessories environment
  • Ambitious and driven by the need to meet sales goals
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and attention to detail essential
  • Ability to develop schedules and respond to deadlines for multiple projects at one time
