At Aptean, we are a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to reviving and expanding business opportunities across Europe. We specialize in ERP software. As we aim to rejuvenate dormant accounts and intensify our market presence, we are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our new initiative from the ground floor.
As the first employee in this critical initiative, the Inside Sales Manager will be instrumental in building and leading a team of eight Inside Sales Representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to reactivate dormant accounts, driving sales and growth across various European markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the department and influence the company’s strategic direction in Europe.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role in sales, particularly within the European market.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and experience in strategic sales planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a significant plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required within Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to re-engage dormant accounts across Europe.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of eight Inside Sales Representatives based in Poland.
  • Set clear team goals and sales targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Foster a culture of success, motivation, and exceptional performance.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure consistency and optimize overall sales strategies.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
