Our client is an analytics expert, delivering actionable insights for clients across a range of industry sectors!
They are now looking for an experienced candidate to join their sales team as a Inside Sales Manager and drive new business through sales prospecting programmes!
Responsible for leading a small inside sales team, you will work on achieving team targets as well as enabling your team to thrive and develop into high performing individuals.

Role:

  • Target and engage prospective clients through research, networking and referrals to generate interest and new sales leads
  • Follow up on inbound enquiries generated through marketing channels
  • Recommend products to clients based on their specific needs and desires
  • Use upselling techniques to increase the size of orders and encourage prospects to try out newly developed products
  • Report on and manage pipeline conversions across the sales funnel from inquiry to close
  • Define and implement sales lead generation procedures across the sales organisation
  • Recruit, onboard and train new talent, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the market
  • Train, lead and coach team members to optimise performance through continual conversation, active listening and skilled questioning approach
  • Report on your team’s performance, proactively addressing performance concerns and formulating a clear plan for improvement

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • At least 18 months experience in a sales development role
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment - ideally have done competitive sports
  • Commercially minded, able to articulate and present solutions
  • Works well under pressure
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Resilient and tenacious, able to work at pace and adapt to change
