Description:
Shockwave Medical, Inc. is a pioneer in the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Shockwave Medical aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

This role is not typical tele sales positions. It is a mixture of account management, sales, and business development. It is quality over the quantity that matters to us!
Core objective of this role is to support Shockwave Medical in achieving the goals and objectives they represent by contacting customers through remote channels, mainly telephone, video conferencing and other platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the medical device market, particularly interventional peripheral and coronary, with good clinical experience.
- Strong practical commercial execution background.
- Fluency in German (mother language) and English.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer needs throughout the sales process.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.
- Proven track record of problem-solving through data analysis and adherence to company procedures.
- Good knowledge about medical device market situation (competitor activities, pricing etc.)
- Proactive approach to challenges and a collaborative mindset to foster teamwork and drive results.
