Currently for our SSC in Lodz we are looking for a person willing to take a role of Inside Sales Manager Polymer Solutions. Person on this position will be accountable to drive sales - maintain, grow and attract new customers for Polymer Solutions Segment in Region Europe via Phone/Video interactions and digital channels. If you already have some experience as Inside Sales and speak both in German and Spanish this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Manage portfolio of accounts products.
  • Negotiate price offers and set payment conditions.
  • Conduct customer virtual interactions, product offering and clarification of basic technical enquires.
  • Coordinate lead management process within the region and take responsibility for monitoring and re-engage lost customers.
  • Conduct regular exchange with Sales & Marketing to update on Sales performance and market trends.
  • Create and manage orders and samples requests, by coordination with CSD / GBS / other internal teams to ensure customer order processing and delivery.
  • Work closely with SCM on stocks and product planning.
