JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Inside Sales Rep. you will handle a large number of incoming and outgoing leads generated through our product and marketing efforts and more.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Surpass monthly and quarterly targets for revenue and qualified appointments.
  • Handle a large number of incoming and outgoing leads generated through our product and marketing efforts.
  • Oversee and close deals from inbound lead funnels with accounts and existing users.
  • Communicate the benefits of our products to both current and potential users.
  • Address, engage, and qualify incoming leads and inquiries.
  • Discover new methods to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and boost revenue.
  • Possess a deep understanding of each stage in the sales cycle to effectively progress deals for small businesses.

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in German Language, C1/C2 level or Higher.
  • Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level or Higher.
  • Business Development or sales experience SaaS.
  • Min 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Ability to establish and adhere to repeatable processes that support numerous customer interactions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset adaptable to evolving conditions.
  • Experience in closing deals is advantageous.
  • Experience or interest in collaborating with internal marketing, business, and product teams to achieve efficient, successful, and profitable customer outcomes.
  • Expertise in sales discovery, pipeline management, and forecasting for a large volume of leads.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: self-sufficient, organized, inquisitive, process-oriented, and results-driven.
