Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level quality support to our sales and service teams (New Business Development, Partnership Managers, Customer Service)
  • Pre-qualify, generate, and document partner and merchant leads.
  • Nurture long-term opportunities in early stages prior to the sales cycle.
  • Actively participate in targeted new business, retention, renewal, and marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver prospective customers via closing sales generated through cold calling, digital engagements, and multiple inbound channels.
  • Salesforce and HubSpot pipeline management and cadence across new business and partnerships
  • Book appointments for new prospects on behalf of New Business and Partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell existing partners with new products and capabilities.
  • Be a voice in development of sales playbooks, tender responses, and workflow design improvements.
