Responsibilities:

  • Share your product knowledge and technical expertise with our valued customers to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Provide accurate service quotes and obtain customer authorization for work, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Go the extra mile by finalizing sales and conducting follow-up to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the exceptional service they received.
  • Take charge of scheduling customer appointments for tire and mechanical services, providing convenience and peace of mind.
  • Be meticulous in ensuring accurate billing for all products, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience.
