Description:

Responsible for driving sales while building relationships with assigned customer accounts. You will increase sales by recommending renewal of subscription-based software to new and existing customers. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone that fill customer needs. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and profitable business growth by closing sales. You will develop and maintain customer contact information libraries and templates to enable scalable work processes as well as right and fast reporting. Drive continuous improvement in our team and organization by improving systems, processes, or procedures to enhance efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements regarding customer’s renewals of video management and access control software.
  • Make phone calls to generate interest, qualify prospects and close sales.
  • Drive customer engagement by delivering value propositions.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about software renewals.
  • Responsible for driving sales growth with assigned accounts.
  • Track and report sales progress.
  • Update and maintain key customer contact information.
  • Ask questions to develop and define customer requirements to close sales.
  • Liaise with multiple teams to prevent and resolve customer problems.Take and process orders in an accurate and timely manner.
