REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in inside sales, particularly in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management.
- A tech-savvy individual with a keen interest in B2C technology and software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and reach out to leads to generate new sales opportunities.
- Actively follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and prospects, keeping detailed records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our tech solutions to customers.
- Be open to meeting clients face-to-face to strengthen relationships and close deals as needed.
