ABOUT THE JOB

They are seeking a Sales Estimator/Inside Sales Representative for a 90-day temp-to-hire position in Conroe, TX, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, with certifications and experience in metals, ISO, or Six Sigma being a plus. The role requires basic math skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Responsibilities include generating sales quotes, analyzing technical drawings, maintaining customer relationships, and participating in pricing strategy development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a desire to learn and innovate are essential.
