SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven success in inside sales, preferably within the healthcare or human services industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex service offerings.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to healthcare professionals, support coordinators, and other key stakeholders to promote United for Care services.
- Educate potential clients on our tailored support programs and the benefits they offer to individuals with disabilities.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our community engagement team.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and follow up on leads using our CRM system Hubspot.
