SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven success in inside sales, preferably within the healthcare or human services industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex service offerings.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to healthcare professionals, support coordinators, and other key stakeholders to promote United for Care services.
  • Educate potential clients on our tailored support programs and the benefits they offer to individuals with disabilities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our community engagement team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and follow up on leads using our CRM system Hubspot.
