Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be selling interior wood panelling, exterior siding, home decor, decking and flooring to homeowners, home builders, contractors, architects and interior & exterior designers in the US. You will be working with new clients’ requests through inbound calls and emails with warm leads supplied and helping with existing clients’ requests. This full-time position offers a base of $60,000 - $70,000 plus quarterly bonuses and a lot of other perks!
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
2-5 years of inside sales experience
Industry experience with construction, building materials or internal/external design would be considered a plus!
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
MS Office - Advanced
Experience using Hubspot, Monday.com, Shopify and Gamil would be a plus

Responsibilities:
New Business Development, with all warm leads provided
Managing live customer support chat during working hours (Eastern Timezone)
Respond to customer support emails
Nurture warm leads & client management via Hubspot CRM
Call and follow up with existing leads
Coordinate with clients to help them plan and place orders with Shopify
Assist with and explain technical product information
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
