About the Role:
Centrix Control Solutions has an immediate opening to add to our existing skilled team of professionals. The individual will work from our Port Coquitlam office. This is an entry level positionwhere the individual will be able to grow their technical and business skills.

The position works cooperatively with Outside Sales and other members of the team to grow our sales and service by providing our customers with technical information, price quotes, processing and completing orders, and efficient delivery of product. The service portion involves commissioning & repairing instrumentation, building chemical meter pump stands and analyzer panels, plus startup of these items at site. In addition, go to customer sites to repair/calibrate equipment previously supplied. This position will be responsible for supporting our customer base in BC and Yukon.

  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Site and shop service calls to commission or repair equipment.
  • Build chemical meter pump stands and analyzer panels
  • Size & select equipment (valves, flowmeters, chemical injection systems).
  • Prepare quotations and bids.
  • Specify and sell complete equipment and associated parts.
  • Become an integral part of the sales & technical support team.

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Previous sales/service experience is an asset but not a requirement.
  • Self-motivated and independent.
  • Computer skills; ability to retrieve and enter data, use Microsoft office suite.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with customers and manufactures in a professional manner.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all correspondence

Base Pay: $60,000 - $85,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
