- 2+ years in a commercial back office position in an international (technical) environment;
- A naturally communicative and customer-focused personality;
- Proactive and assertive traits for handling diverse situations;
- Fluency in Italian and/or French and excellent English;
- Experience of using ERP and CRM, preferably SAP and Salesforce;
- Accurate administrative skills and a commercial instinct;
- Sales & solution-orientated mindset;
- Team spirit and the ability to work with different departments and cultures.

Responsibilities:
- Involvement in the development and maintenance of Channel partner business;
- Ensuring the customer needs are fulfilled by coordinating with internal departments;
- Owner of customer relationship: placing orders, managing customer payment situation, taking care of sales return activities;
- Collaborating closely with Channel Sales Manager, setting up a lasting working relationship in both ad-hoc and project-based sales;
- Serving as a central link between customers, sales, technical, logistics and supply chain management;
- Supporting sales for quotation activities and customer relation management (CRM) administration;
- Providing the highest quality customer care activities and services to support our business growth;
- Proactive approach ensuring customers’ needs are always met, especially in critical projects where precision and quick responses are key
