For our Energy division team in Warsaw, we are looking for a self-driven team player, enthusiastic to learn and develop Inside Sales Specialist (Ukrainian Speaking).
As an Inside Sales Specialist in our Energy Division, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and building strong relationships with our clients. You will identify new business opportunities, manage the sales process, and contribute to our growth in the energy market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the value of our products or services
- Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs
- Manage technical engineering for heat exchangers commercial offer preparation in agreement with the BU Manager HEX.
- Handling customer complaints
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed established sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
What we require:
- Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar)
- Commercial and basic financial acumen
- Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Nice to have experience with HVAC or district heating business.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English
