Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of Romanian at the level of min. B2,
- Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2,
- Experience in online sales / marketing / customer service,
- Highly developed interpersonal skills,
- Ability to research customer needs,
- Knowledge of the CRM system is welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing contact with customers appearing in the company’s products,
- Researching the client’s needs in order to present the offer page,
- Solving problems reported by customers,
- Building a long-term relationship with the client based on trust,
- Analyzing and establishing an action strategy,
- Realization of sales targets (KPI).
