SUMMARY
The Team Leader’s role is to maximize both revenue and conversion made by their team via both phone and web lead channels. The individual will be measured on the success of overall North America sales in line with the overall company objectives and strategies. This role is fully remote and will be managing a remote team, with in-person meets 3-4 times a year.
Responsibilities:
- Develop longer term strategic initiatives to ensure the business achieves and exceeds annual revenue targets for North America.
- Provide valuable insight to other senior leaders through company trading meetings, group discussions and strategic reviews on North American commercial pricing issues, market trends and requests for new products and destinations.
- Form relationships with business partners including Product, Marketing, and Commercial, collaborating on projects to drive improved lead quality and quantity.
- Enhance sales opportunities, analyze and act on data relating to the performance of your team.
- Deliver formal & informal performance management, where required, including regular 1:1 meetings, development reviews, and quarterly objectives.
- Recruit and train new team members, giving full developmental support to enable them to achieve company targets.
- Handling and problem solving associated with bookings.
- Act as an Exodus sales consultant when demand requires, including the possibility of late shifts and weekends.
