Insights Analyst

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Analytical Expertise: Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools and platforms.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
- Strategic Recommendations: Offer strategic recommendations based on data insights to support business objectives and improve customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and analytical methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
