The ideal candidate will be an experienced Insights Analytics Manager or Senior Insights Analyst, ready for the next step in their career. You will bring demonstrable success in delivering quality outcomes through Insights Analytics driven strategy, and well-developed capability across stakeholder partnering. In addition, we’re seeking candidates who are:

Responsibilities:
As an Insights Analytics Manager, you will be a key partner in the delivery of complex digital products and services supporting the CommBank Yello customer experience. As part of the data-driven decisioning team, you will support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of user intelligence strategies, and customer segmentation processes, that will enable the team to offer meaningful, value-added positive outcomes for our customers.

As such, your day to day may include:
- Developing and implementing data driven solutions to improve business performance, value proposition, customer experiences and operational processes.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to requirement gather, ensuring data solutions align with strategic goals.
- Overseeing the design and implementation of data architecture, modelling and visualisation techniques, as well as project quality and timely delivery.
- Execution of program-level controls, including effectiveness testing and uplifting as required.
- Communicating technical insights and recommendations to senior executives and technical stakeholders in a bespoke and audience specific manner.
- Continuously learning and developing deeper understandings of market insights, emerging trends in data analytics, data science and technology.
