JOB DESCRIPTION

The Insights and Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in managing complex reporting projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data. This position requires deep expertise in flood insurance, exam support for escrow administration, and SQL reporting. The analyst will be responsible for interpreting data, developing actionable insights, and managing various projects, including transitions and replacements of systems and vendors. The role also includes handling escalated complaints and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to flood insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in flood insurance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in preparing for and supporting exams related to escrow administration.
  • Ensure all documentation and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to generate reports.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to support reporting needs.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Address and resolve escalated complaints related to flood insurance and escrow administration.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure quick and effective resolution.
  • Oversee projects related to the transition from CoreLogic to ServiceLink.
  • Manage projects involving escrow administration, service transfers, system replacements, and vendor transitions.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Acquire data from multiple sources to perform in-depth analysis and reporting..
  • Manage service transfers, system replacements, and vendor transitions related to escrow administration

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of data analysis experience with large data sets

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Strong knowledge of flood insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
