As a Insights Manager in our Customer Experience domain you’ll play a key role in their mission to build the best-in-class measurement and insights programme in New Zealand, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard across all areas of the Bank. You’ll be
Collaborating with a wide range of people to understand business insights requirements .i.e. Funds Management and Private Bank.
Working with other Insight Manager, development of customer insights process and framework to confidently leverage multiple customer insights methods to deliver practical and useful insights to support key stakeholders and the delivery of CX strategy.
Pulling together complex data sets from various sources (both customer research from our Voice of Customer program and operational data), undertake detailed analysis to identify business opportunities and gain internal support to act upon these opportunities.
Both leading and supporting various market research projects (working closely with Senior Research Manager).
Identifying data gaps and develop customer insights roadmap for key stakeholders. Work with Data and Analytics teams to determine additional data sources required to build a single view of customers.

Ability to pull together and analysis complex data sets using SAS and other data analytic tools Exceptional story telling abilities, to transform complex data into action-able insights.
Leverage strong command of research acumen and commercial business knowledge to illuminate actionable insights and recommendations.
Exceptional relationship management skills and experience in collaborating with diverse groups
Highly developed research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
