Delineate is recruiting for an Insights Manager to join its Insights team in London on a permanent basis.
The Insights Manager reports into the Insights Director, working within the team and also clients, to scope out requirements within projects and insights, telling stories with data and delivering results.
The post holder will be London based. This role is office based with some flexibility to work from home.

The Insights Manager will:

• Design research questionnaires.
• Select appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet client demand.
• Work closely with the Production team, ensuring they are fully informed on project scope & expectations.
• Mentor more junior roles such as interns or executives.
• Meet deadlines effectively.
• Review collected data & building reports.
• Tell stories with data, delivering insights across differing sectors.
• Have face to face presentations with the client as part of a presentation team.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
• Be able to communicate with whole team including peers and management.
• Work in ad hoc projects as and when required.
