Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are currently looking to recruit a paralegal to join our rapidly growing insolvency department, based out of our Winckley Square offices in Preston.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a wide range of contentious debt and insolvency matters and would suit someone who is looking to start out their career in law getting real, on the job experience in our busy team.
There will also be exposure to high quality dispute resolution matters ranging from contract disputes to other areas of litigation where you will be given full support and career development.

The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Working efficiently and effectively in providing legal support to the team in ongoing cases;
  • Liaising with clients
  • Taking new instructions;
  • Research tasks;
  • General administrative tasks and diary management;
  • Contributing towards marketing content for the firm’s website and social media channels

This is a permanent, full-time position.
