Our client is a growing commercial law firm and is experience exponential growth. The firm acts for ASX-listed companies, international organisations, SMEs, high net worth and high profile individuals, insolvency practitioners, receivers, administrators, liquidators, bankruptcy trustees, secured creditors, directors of distressed companies, non-bank lenders, corporate debtors.
Due to a strong pipeline of work and as part of their growth strategy, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced commercial litigation & insolvency lawyer. You will be at the Senior Lawyer, Senior Associate, Special Counsel or even Principal level.
The work will be varied and interesting and a flavour of the work will include:
- high value contractual disputes
- corporate and shareholder disputes
- insolvency litigation
- enforcement of securities
- restructuring work
- advising on directors obligations and personal insolvencies
- large scale multi-party litigation
- partnership disputes
- general commercial disputes
You will have levels of responsibility and autonomy, fostering strong client relationships whilst still having partner access. This is a superb opportunity to carve your niche.
