INSTALL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Currin Outdoor Living is seeking a dedicated Install Account Manager who is passionate about orchestrating top-notch landscape projects and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution of high-end installations across the Triangle. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Strong background in landscape construction methods
• Basic computer skills including email, excel spreadsheet, and Google Drive
• 5 years of industry experience in a landscape construction leadership role
• 3 years working on a hardscape installation crew
• 2 years working on a landscape planting or drainage/irrigation crew
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• A.A.S. or B.S. in horticulture, construction, or related field (preferred, not required)
• Knowledge of landscape, construction, and safety best practices
• Experience in LMN or other project management/scheduling software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to modify plans in the field to accommodate existing site conditions and communicate these changes
• A portfolio of completed projects with details is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews simultaneously and efficiently
• Availability to work flexible hours

• Managing 8-15 team members as well as handling relationships with other Currin Outdoor Living employees, property owners, architects, property developers and subcontractors.
• Keeping accurate records of project time logs, material lists, designs, and notes pertaining to 4 plus projects at any given time
• Operating heavy equipment such as loaders, mini excavators, tractors, and dump trucks, as well as all landscaping hand tools on an as needed basis
