ABOUT US:

We are a leading company in the field of engineering solutions, providing a wide range of services to our clients. As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Installation Manager to join our team in Heywood, overseeing various projects in the region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the installation and commissioning of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed to high standards, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate and supervise the installation team, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Lead and manage the installation team, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and schedule installation activities, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
• Monitor progress and quality of installations, addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline installation procedures and enhance overall efficiency.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of installation activities and project records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as an Installation Manager or similar role within the engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge in Engineering - Controls, Engineering - Electrical, and Engineering - Mechanical.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
