We are currently seeking a highly organized and driven professional to join our Scheduling team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate must have reliable transportation, as our office is not accessible via public transit.

SKILLS REQUIRED – TECHNICAL

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Divine Tracker

SKILLS REQUIRED – NON-TECHNICAL

  • Ability to establish relationships with sub-contracted tradespeople
  • Ability to troubleshoot, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Well organized and a proven ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of install and repair methods
  • Ability to keep up-to-date product knowledge

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Industry experience in the flooring industry in a management or supervisory capacity
  • College degree considered an asset

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE

The Installations Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling all of Divine Calgary’s installations, as well as managing a team of Installers. The Installations Coordinator must ensure the Scheduler is always up to date and scheduled accordingly. This position will also be required to assist in the onboarding of new Installers.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assign/reassign Hardwood, Carpet and Tile Installers to jobs based on dates provided by Customer Service Representatives and Sales personnel
  • Coordinate duties and confirm installation dates
  • Review confirmed installs and send estimators required changes
  • Work with other departments to update and fix any errors and ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner
  • Review Installers expenses and back-charges
  • Manage install & delivery dates via customer email
  • Communicate pick-up information to Installer/Delivery Driver and Warehouses.
  • Update Warehouse and delivery items in Divine Tracker
  • Monitor and complete monthly WIP reports
  • Manage the onboarding process for installers
  • Maintain customer service to all external customers
  • Assist Service & Warranty team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in improving policies and operations
  • Other duties as assigned
