What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Salon
  • Provide ongoing recognition, support, and motivation for team members
  • Engage with clients and provide exceptional experiences
  • Serve as a role model by exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and positivity, while adhering to company policy and procedures
  • Help maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team building and motivation
  • Interview, hire, and train the team in procedure, policy, and expectations
  • Resolve customer complaints and challenges and provide solutions for team disputes
  • Assist in initiatives revolving around developing coaching materials to driving sales

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years continuous retail or customer service experience in a salon or spa required; experience in supervising and training staff highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
