We are looking for an Institutional Equity Sales Associate to join the Frankfurt office of Bernstein’s premier Equity Research platform. You will work on the sales desk and have a high level of responsibility and be empowered to make an important contribution.
As an Institutional Equity Sales Associate, you will:
- Interact with key investment decision makers at institutional clients including asset managers, wealth managers and advisors managing pensions and endowments.
- Make a substantial impact on the client side while working with our leading global research product, senior salespeople, and best-in-class trade execution teams.
- Pro-actively sell Bernstein’s Equity and Research product to a well-targeted client base. Responsibility for servicing and safeguarding our existing client base as well as prospecting and onboarding of new contacts and clients. Work on improvement in client rankings.
- Maintain Analyst marketing plan ensuring steady flow of US/EU analysts including systematic use of key CRM tools.
- Contribute to the articulation of strategy, action plan & KPIs for key opportunities including systematic mapping each account/contact.
- Have a high level of responsibility and be empowered to make an important contribution to a sales team organised around geography and investment mandate.

QUALIFICATIONS
Our Institutional Equity Sales Associates typically possess:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration, and ideally CFA
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant, professional experience
- Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong intellectual and academic credentials including excellent analytical skills
- Proven track record in Financial Markets and established institutional client relationships
