Description:
Haverford College invites applications for our full-time (37.5 hours per week), exempt, benefits-eligible Institutional Research Analyst opportunity.

Work Location: This position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, pursuant to the College’s Work Location Policy.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of similar or related experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in in data analysis/research, social sciences, education, business, or a related field
- Experience with and understanding of assessment concepts (e.g., direct and indirect assessment measures) and processes
- Experience with survey design software (Qualtrics preferred) and statistical software (SPSS preferred)
- Knowledge of SQL or related language
- Advanced experience with Tableau
- Experience in Higher Education environment
