Work Location: This position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, pursuant to the College’s Work Location Policy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 year of similar or related experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in in data analysis/research, social sciences, education, business, or a related field
• Experience with and understanding of assessment concepts (e.g., direct and indirect assessment measures) and processes
• Experience with survey design software (Qualtrics preferred) and statistical software (SPSS preferred)
• Knowledge of SQL or related language
• Advanced experience with Tableau
• Experience in Higher Education environment
