Job Description
The People and Organisational Development team supports Wise’s mission and reinforces learning culture through enabling autonomous teams and Wisers to unlock their potential by providing opportunities to develop and grow. We’re on the look our for an Instructional Designer to join our team for a 12 month period.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum 1 year experience in content design & development preferably in a multinational company (SSC or similar) OR equivalent educational background
• Basic understanding of HTML
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Content Management Systems (CMS)

JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• Authoring Tools Proficiency: proven experience using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate OR other authoring or design tools
• Graphic design & video editing skills
• Familiarity with the ADDIE model OR other instructional design frameworks
