  • Working within Learning & Development, developing eLearning materials
  • Demonstrable experience with eLearning authoring software
  • Creating Level 4 eLearning materials and testing via software simulation
  • Gamification eLearning
  • Global eLearning content development, including localisation and eLearning through language and culture

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Instructional Designer/Developer will work to meet the eLearning needs of global software system roll-out, covering multiple systems across a range of languages and cultures. The eLearning materials created will form a key part of a blended, multi-phased training approach.

YOUR OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL FOCUS ON…

  • Designing and developing eLearning courses and curriculums
  • Creating engaging and accessible learning experiences and environments
  • Integration of eLearning materials into LMS/LXP systems
  • Working with translation partners, both internal and external, to ensure eLearning is localised as required
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop course content
  • Storyboarding and scripting material, creating materials to a Level 4 standard (as per chapman) up to and including software simulation and gamification
