Responsibilities:
You will be reporting to the Organisational Capability Lead, and work closely with the Workday Project team & People Experience Capability Team to deliver learning that meets the needs of the project for the business.
This includes being responsible for the instructional design, creation, delivery and implementation of learning solutions and materials needed to support the roll out of the new Workday HRIS. You will promote a learning culture of online, self-driven and sustainable learning solutions, based on best practice, contemporary models of adult learning and continuous improvement principles.
