JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of instrumentation and control systems for various industrial applications. This role requires a strong understanding of control theory, process instrumentation, and system integration.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI/SCADA systems.
  • Strong understanding of process instrumentation, control theory, and automation systems.
  • Experience with control system design tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with DCS (Distributed Control Systems) and advanced control strategies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices for industrial control systems.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA, IEC, and NFPA.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB for control applications.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
