PM Group has an opportunity for an experienced Instrumentation Engineer for our Global client based in West Dublin.
The successful candidate will have experience in performing with most retrofits on equipment. Assists in process issues. Applies diagnostic techniques and the use of documentation and test equipment. Assumes responsibility for full customer satisfaction assuring excellent relations within assigned area.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Minimum qualification requirement is a Higher National Certificate or membership of an appropriate Institute at Incorporated Engineer level or equivalent.
  • MDP tools experience. Able to complete qualifications with minimal assistance.
  • Experience and understanding of the change management requirements of validated systems and software.
  • Experience with regulatory audits.
  • Ability to maintain the flexibility to react to changing business needs

Responsibilities:

  • Follows all checklists and procedures and ensures correct Revs of procedures and schematics are available prior to performing work. May identify procedural issues.
  • Can perform most retrofits on equipment. Assists in process issues.
  • Applies diagnostic techniques and the use of documentation and test equipment with assistance from senior engineers.
  • Builds and maintains customer satisfaction through clear, consistent communication and the sharing of collective knowledge.
  • Is aware of potential dissatisfies and escalates as appropriate. Develops and executes corrective action plans.
  • Able to complete qualifications with minimal assistance.
  • Ability to carry out action plans and report findings.
  • Actively engages in the use of knowledge management systems. Complies with all IP guidelines.
  • Have previous experience of installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong hands on automation experience.
  • Experience of troubleshooting and debugging high volume manufacturing equipment.
  • Implement long and short term inspection plans and scopes of work.
  • Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value.
