Description:
We are looking for an Insulation Lead Site Manager!
£45,000.00 - £50,000.00 annually
Whole of Wales & South-West England, with office visits to our Swansea & Treorchy offies.
37,5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Van & fuel card provided
REQUIRED SKILL SET:
- Strong work ethic, morals, and integrity.
- Fully understand the requirements of a full installation – process, criteria, technical guidance, aesthetic detail, customer requests & issues, Health & Safety.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Computer literate.
- Able to confidently hold discussions regarding installation process.
- Able to find solutions to installation criteria and detail issues.
- Excellent knowledge of system specifications, ventilation & company processes.
PREFERRED SKILL SET:
- Insulation System NVQ Qualified (or in process of..)
- Extensive experience within Insulation Systems.
- Extensive experience within ECO.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
As a Lead Site Manager within the insulation department, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of energy efficiency improvement projects. All projects will be required to meet PAS2035:2019 guidelines. You will be the point of contact for insulation site managers on all day-to-day install issues and support them with best practice guidance.
As a Lead Site Manager, you will be required to assess performance, offer feedback and coach site managers in order to improve future results and efficiencies. Training needs should be reported to help develop staff.
Due to the field-based role, the Lead Site Manager is required to be highly effective in their planning, organisation and approach to obtaining positive results.
The Site Manager is expected to be knowledgeable on all criteria of Insulation Measures and will collaborate daily with the technical, supervisor and quality & development teams within the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure you are up to date with all new company processes & install requirements.
- Coach and guide new insulation site managers through a role specific induction.
- Ensure all site managers are able, capable and equipped to carry out their role.
- Be the first point of contact for site managers and support on day-to-day install issues.
- Assess site manager performance to offer feedback and drive improvement.
- Analyse site manager reports for accurate and informative reporting.
- Identify and conduct training for the site management team.
- Report on performance data for management information.
- Set both team and individual goals for the site management team.
- Motivate Site Managers to meet planned deadlines.
- Ensure site manager reporting requirements are met for progress stages / H&S / final sign-offs.
- Produce weekly stats relating to your team.
- Work closely with the install supervisor to ensure an efficiently run install.
- Work with all departments within the organisation to achieve greater results.
- Close out all daily tasks.
- Report to the Insulation Installation Manager.
