• Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience.
• Require CGI or DGIRM or relevant degree qualification related to insurance.
• Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (business, property, renovation, motor, etc)

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a competitive Insurance Agent to generate new business by contacting potential customers.

• You will sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans for your prospective customers.
• The goal is to ensure growth attainment and establishes productive working relationships with clients to achieve the sale target.
• Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Planning future follow-up visits, and evaluations of needs for clients.
• To compile lists of prospects and to develop a base for long-term sources of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop marketing strategies.
• Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management.
• Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records.
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
• To perform adhoc duties being assigned by management.
