Salary: $25000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy updates, claims processing, and other insurance-related tasks.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
Client Education: Educate policyholders on insurance coverage options, helping them make informed decisions.
Requirements
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
