Description:
QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS
- A current active membership with a Canadian Law Society, with 4-5 years of demonstrated competency in insurance defence litigation;
- Demonstrated experience synthesizing complex information and crafting clear and persuasive written and oral arguments;
- Solid technical grounding in legal research demonstrating an attention to detail combined with superior evaluative and analytical abilities;
- The ability to work independently and within a team; and
- Strong client service skills.
