• 5+ years PAE in workers compensation or defendant insurance in personal injury claims;
• Strong drafting and research skills;

This is a rare opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate join our client’s growing Insurance & Risk team.

You can expect to:

• Service a moderate file load of personal injuries insurance claims under both the workers’ compensation and PIPA regimes;
• Undertake your own advocacy at the compulsory conference of those claims;
• Prepare Reasons for Decision in relation to statutory workers’ compensation claims under supervision and/or supervise junior practitioners in the preparation of Reasons for Decision;
• Receive mentoring and supervision from multiple senior practitioners and/or Partners, providing you with exposure to various working styles; and
• Contribute to business development initiatives.
