Responsibilities:
The QA Specialist is a subject matter expert and possesses technical management:
- Lead the build and execution of the QA programs
- Perform quality and technical evaluations on technical insurance professionals
- Perform trend analysis, identify performance gaps and quality improvement opportunities
- Create and Lead QA Alignment & Calibration meetings, facilitate QA Training and Support
- Create, update and maintain QA evaluation forms & guides and project documents
- Design, produce and deliver QA results and reports
